Every order placed on our websites are shipped either with UPS/FedEx ground, a white glove delivery service or a curbside carrier, depending on what you select at checkout.
White Glove Delivery
There are three levels of white glove delivery. All white glove deliveries are performed with 2 movers, and they will take the furniture up to two flights of stairs.
White Glove Bronze:
If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up any stairs inside your residence, but can be brought up two flights of stairs prior to the threshold.
White Glove Silver:
All orders shipped with white glove delivery will be brought up two flights of stairs, assembled and all packaging debris will be removed. White glove deliveries take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, and the delivery company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment once the shipment is in your area.
Curbside Delivery will be delivered to you home, but there will only be one delivery person so the pallet or boxes will not be brought inside or assembled. We will email you with the tracking number as soon as your order ships out, and the freight carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment once it is in your area. We provide a liftgate at delivery at no cost to you. Generally, the drivers will also assist you in bringing your order to the first dry area of your residence. Curbside deliveries take approximately 2-5 business days to complete.
**Please inspect all items thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt we may not be able to receive a reimbursement from the freight carrier. If this is the case, then we will not be able to refund your money and we will not be able to send a replacement piece. As long as any damage is noted on the delivery receipt we will be able to take care of the damaged item(s) very quickly.**
